Refund and Returns

Returns and refunds will be processed, and a confirmation will be issued with prior approval from The Coffee Roaster within 10 days of the invoice date.

Refunds, as indicated above, will be processed promptly by the same method as the initial payment.

The Coffee Roaster accepts returns in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and any other relevant consumer protection legislation.

Our liability is limited by the Competition and Consumer Act to resupply the goods or services or the payment of the cost of having the goods or services resupplied.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card statement. It may take 2 or 3 days before your refund is officially posted.

If necessary, contact your bank. Again, there is may be some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@coffee.com.au.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective, damaged or not in agreement with the order.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
