Maximum flavour and moderate caffeine.....ARABICA Coffee is the most flavourful and aromatic of the three main species of the coffee genus; the other two being Canephora (Robusta) and Liberica (which is not cultivated commercially). Arabica coffee has approximately half the caffeine of Robusta coffee.

Robusta coffee is used primarily for instant coffee. Some coffee roasters use it in their blends because it is less expensive and has a higher vegetable oil content. The Crema on top of a shot of espresso is predominantly composed of vegetable oil. Robusta's higher oil content allows Robusta blends to produce a thick Crema even after weeks of degradation in the distribution chain.
