The Fluidized
Bed process
is an elegantly
simple way to apply heat to roasting coffee beans. Each coffee
bean is evenly heated at the same temperature. This allow the
operator to execute batch roasting as quickly a 3 minutes or as
slowly as 30 minutes.
Computer
control
allows the
roastmaster to design a roasting profile which controlls the roasting
operation precisely and consistently batch to batch. This eliminates
the human variability inherent when using drum roasters with multiple
heat sources.
