Twin Star 2

A new concept in the World of espresso Machines, the TWIN STAR 2 features the most INNOVATIVE system designed around MULTIPLE BOILERs. i.e. one boiler for steam and hot water and one boiler for each brewing head to facilitate precise espresso extraction.

  • Multi Boiler System allow simultaneous yet completely independent coffee and hot water/steam production. Hence, you can make tea or froth milk to any extent without altering the programmed espresso brewing temperature.

  • The TWIN STAR 2 - an exceptional espresso machine, each Brew Head is fitted with an electronic thermostat to program and control precisely the brewing temperature at any flow rate. The CONTIi TWIN STAR 2 guaranties optimum coffee extraction, even during periods of intensive hot water and steam production.

  • User Temperature Control - the intensity of espresso flavour extraction is directly proportional to the brew water temperature. The TWIN STAR 2's digital key pad on each brew head allows the owner to dictate the extraction level. Would you cook in an oven without temperature control?

CONTI espresso machines include 7, 9, 14, 18, 21& 35 gram portafilter sieves for proper espresso shot size proportion for all cup sizes. i.e. Continental strength beverages can easily made in all sizes of cups, mugs, travel tumblers, etc.
