Water Filtration is Mandatory for
Quality Coffee Beverage Production

Modern humans in many countries have benefited greatly from our ability to provide "clean" water to the masses. However, while this delivered substance can sustain life, it frequently falls short when used to produce coffee beverages.

Most, if not all, of the chemicals added by humans to facilitate clear and sanitary water delivery have objectionable tastes above certain concentrations.

Some people are more sensitive than others when presented with a beverage made with unfiltered water. Hence, provision of properly filtered water is the only way to assure your and your customer's consistent coffee beverage satisfaction.

The good news is that good tasting water is easy and relatively inexpensive to provide for your espresso machine.

Simply mount a two stage filtration system like that at the right under your counter and plumb it to your espresso machine.
You will note that this system also includes a water tap so you can have a cool glass of filtered water to chase your Espresso.
The first filter in this assembly eliminates (traps) all debris larger than 5 microns. Filters for the removal of particles smaller than 1 micron are available. The trade off is that they have to be replaced more frequently.
The second filter is packed with activated carbon which traps components that have a foul taste or odor like chlorine, etc.

Clean water is a must for the production of the best tasting coffee.
