Double Boiler Design for Precise Brew Water Temperature!
The Double Boiler Design provides a dedicated boiler for espresso brew water. A second boiler is provided for hot water and steam generation.
Advantages:
- Separate boilers prevent
variations in hot water usage and milk frothing steam usage from causing
variations in brew water temperature.
- High capacity heat generation
from two heating elements assure that the espresso machine is able
to attend to the most demanding production.
- The brew heads are mounted
directly on the espresso water boiler assuring consistent brew head
temperature. (see below)
The CONTI Twin Star is an excellent example of the double boiler design!
